Hier präsentiert Krischan Knoll aus der JFK’s Bar in Frankfurt am Main seinen Drink “The Bahiki”" der Jury Rezeptur: 40 ml Bacardi Superior 20 ml The Bitter Truth GGolden Falernum 4 slices of fresh pineapple chunks 10 ml passion fruit syrup 25 ml fresh lime juice 3 dashes of The Bitter Truth Grapefruit Bitters 10 ml fresh egg white How to make it: muddle pineapple chunks with passion fruit syrup – add all other ingredients and ice cubes – hard shake – doublestrain into mixing glass – dry shake – fill bahiki into a tumbler onto ice cubes – garnish with orange zest and two cherries
